"I was satisfied with State Farm’s timely response when I called. I texted my request for tire service which was convenient for me. State Farm dispatched a roadside mechanic with a window of 30 to 75 minutes and the mechanic showed in 50 minutes. Prior to the mechanic arriving at my location, discussed the issue and I informed the mechanic what tools were needed for the service of tire and he was on point. The knew his job well just to let whomever know in this review. State Farm texted tracking service to my cellular for ETA on the mechanic vehicle to service my vehicle. I was very satisfied with State Farm’s roadside assistance service 100%. Keep that same energy for my next call for roadside assistance State Farm. You’re the best so far in my experience. I rate State Farm roadside assistance with 10/10. Thank you for getting back on the road to my destination. Regards, Keith"

"I had an emergency on the road last weekend, and State Farm provided outstanding support. The tow truck arrived very quickly, and the representative I spoke with even called 911 because I was on I-4 and feeling unsafe. The tow truck driver was professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate the fast response and care I received. "My recent decision last year to hire State Farm insurance for my automobile insurance and my homeowners insurance was the best insurance decision I’ve ever made in my life! Not only have my rates come down from my previous insurance, but they continue to go down! The homeowner insurance side of my bundle cut me a check for $1500 after hurricane Milton destroyed some of my property, and that was after a $7500 hurricane deductible. I would highly recommend Jan Steimel, my State Farm insurance agency, to all my family and friends."
